Sky O’Hara kindly on loan from Glesni Owen. A 1-year loan which has turned into a nine year partnership.

Sky is such a character; as well as being a Para superstar he is also a comedian and can entertain people for hours! He pulls lots of funny faces and always puts a smile on everyone’s face. Sky touches everyone’s hearts that he meets. He truly is one in a million and I am so lucky to be able to ride him. Sky loves dancing and has a very good walk; he loves showing off to the judges. Sky can be a bit cheeky with able bodied riders but looks after me. Sky loves polos or carrots and is very good at giving kisses!

Sky and I have been on quite a journey it started by winning National titles, then International titles and most recently winning a European Silver Medal. Sky has helped make my dreams come true and I am so honoured to have formed this very special bond with this truly amazing horse. Sky does not act his age; more like a 5-year-old at times but we all love him!!
